Refund policy
All products are shipped new and warranted free from defects from the Manufacturer's facilities. Any shipping damage must be handled as described above. All Shopify.com terms and conditions for returns apply. In addition, Seller's return policies require:
- NO RETURNS will be accepted by Seller if product packaging has been opened or the product has been assembled.
- NO RETURNS will be accepted by Seller for Custom built / Made to Size Motorized or Retractable Door Screens. These are screens manufactured to width and height for a unique customers size criteria only. Please ensure all frame colors, mesh material and sizing is correct before ordering.
- Purchaser pays for return shipping. Your privately contracted return shipment by LTL will be significantly more expensive than commercial shipping charges quoted here, especially for items larger than 90" in length.
- There is a RESTOCKING FEE. It is 30% of your product price or $250.00 whichever is higher.
- Any refund due to the Purchaser will be made by check or direct return to method of payment made by the Purchaser, within 30 days of receipt by Seller of the returned product.
